CfA for three PhD positions in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

The International Agricultural University (IAU) in cooperation with the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO, Germany) invites applications for one of up to three PhD positions (m/f).

The position will be funded by Education Ministry of Uzbekistan for a period of 36 months. The Ph.D. research will be implemented their research at IAU in Tashkent, Uzbekistan but may have travel stays at IAMO in Germany. Ph.D. candidates may decide suitable topics for themselves in the field of agricultural economics. The successful candidates will obtain their Ph.D. degree from IAU as well as may participate in the lectures of the IAMO Graduate School  (Germany). The position is financed through a scholarship of 500 EUR/month. The PhD students will conduct their research at the IAU/IAMO Chair of International Agricultural Economics.
